The iBoot-DC has a recessed pushbutton switch in the event the unit is not performing as expected. Use
the pushbutton as follows:

Hold in while and
Power up the iBoot
Factory reset – excluding basic network settings can be done using the Device Management Utility (DMU)

Troubleshooting
Result
Soft Reset. Will not change outlet status.
Reset to Factory Defaults. Hold the button in
until the Outlet LED is blinking, then release.
Recovery Mode. Allows upload of new
firmware to the current IP Address. Will
recover to the Factory default IP Address
192.168.1.254 if the database has been
corrupted.
