7.3.3 Connections

The machine is equipped with three kinds of
connectors:

• Fixed connectors in plastic holders.

• Tab connectors

• Screw connectors

All connectors shall be kept free from
contamination, corrosion and damp.
Fixed connectors in plastic holders
To remove the connectors from the plastic
holder, put a small screwdriver behind the
connector, hold the cable and pull out the
connector.
See the figure.
Tab connectors
To restore tab connectors if bad crimp forces
occur, e.g. after a long time of use, the
connector can be pinched by a pliers.

Screw connectors
When cables shall be connected into screw
connectors, the cable shall be stripped off 5
mm only. No metallic conductor is allowed to be
exposed outside the terminal.
Warning!
Exposed conductors can cause short-
circuit and fire.
