Your printer is extremely reliable, but occasionally problems may occur. This chapter provides
information on some of the common problems you may encounter and how you may solve them.
If you encounter problems that you cannot resolve, contact your dealer for assistance.
Read the following instructions before maintenance and avoid incorrect operation, so as to
prevent injury to you and damage to the printer.

5.1 Error Status

5 TROUBLESHOOTING

Turn the printer off and wait some
minutes before you resume.
Press the print head down.
Reload the paper roll.
The roll paper is near end, the printer
can work normally, procure new paper
and load it when paper is used up.
Reload the roll paper.
Close the Printer Cover.
Check the power supply cable
connections and the power outlet, and
correct them.
Turn on the power switch.
Contact your dealer for assistance.
