B. PRELIMINARY EQUIPMENT CHECK (This section to be completed by installing contractor)
1. Is there any physical damage?

3. Power supply agrees with the unit nameplate.
4. Correct control voltage ________vac.
5. Electrical power wiring is installed properly.
6. Unit is properly grounded.
7. Electrical circuit protection has been sized and installed properly.
8. All terminals are tight.
9. All plug assemblies are tight.
10. All cables, thermistors and transducers have been inspected for cross wires.
11. All thermistors are fully inserted into wells.
12. Oil separator heaters energized for 24 hours before start-up.
13. Relief valve vent piping per local codes.
