2.5 Qn –Quiet Mode
Control 9601 responses.
9601 responses are sent to the DTE (default).

Set the 9601 reaction to the DTR signal.
DTR is ignored. A DTR signal input is not needed when set to

data port will resume when DTR is restored to ON.
