9. Hold the element-bracket assembly in place (so as not to bend the
element) while you remove and retain the four screws securing
the rear element bracket on the reflector plate (see Figure 169).

10. While continuing to hold the element-bracket assembly, lower it
slightly while you remove the reflector (see Figure 170).

11. Slowly pull the element-bracket assembly out (towards you), while
guiding the element wires through the element portal.
