Cleaning
1) Accummulation of adhesive- Prolonged use of the Edge Bander may cause
accumulation of adhesive on the guides, which can prevent free movement of the edge
banding material. To remove this adhesive, plug in the heat gun and turn it on, with the
heat gun set at medium temperature. The heat gun will soften the adhesive, and will
make it easier to peel the adhesive from the guides with a putty knife. Be careful not to
scratch the guides; they must remain smooth for best results.
2) Roller- If the roller needs cleaning, wipe it with soap and water. Do not use solvents on
the roller.
Servicing: When servicing, only use identical replacement parts.
