Troubleshooting the Spray System
Problem
A section does not spray.
A section does not turn off.
A section valve is leaking.
A pressure drop occurs when you turn on
a section.
Possible Cause
1. The electrical connection on the
section valve is dirty or disconnected.
2. There is a blown fuse.
3. There is a pinched hose.
4. A section bypass is improperly
adjusted.
5. There are damaged section valve.
6. The electrical system is damaged.
1. The section valve is damaged.
1. A seal is worn or damaged.
1. The section bypass is improperly
adjusted.
2. There is an obstruction in the section
valve body.
3. A nozzle filter is damaged or clogged.

Corrective Action
1. Turn the valve off manually. Disconnect
the electrical connector on the valve
and clean all leads, then connect it.
2. Check the fuses and replace them as
necessary.
3. Repair or replace the hose.
4. Adjust the section bypass.
5. Contact your Authorized Service

to the section Cleaning the Sprayer
Valves. Inspect all of the parts and
replace any that are damaged.

the seals using the Valve Repair

2. Remove the inlet and outlet
connections to the section valve
and remove any obstructions.
3. Remove and inspect all nozzles.
