Pre-Maintenance
Procedures

Raising the Sprayer

Whenever the engine is run for routine maintenance
and/or engine diagnostics, the rear wheels of the
sprayer should be 2.5 cm (1 inch) off the ground with
the rear axle supported on jack stands.
DANGER
A sprayer on a jack may be unstable and slip
off the jack, injuring anyone beneath it.
• Do not start the engine while the sprayer
is on a jack.
• Always remove the key from the ignition
before getting off the sprayer.
• Block the tires when the sprayer is on a
jack.
The jacking point at the front of the sprayer is under
the front crossbar

Lubrication

Greasing the Machine

Service Interval: Every 100 hours/Yearly (whichever
Grease Type: No. 2 lithium grease

Wipe the grease fitting clean so that you do not
force dirt or debris into the bearing or bushing.
2.
Pump grease into the bearing or bushing.
3.
Wipe off the excess grease.
