W hen the m a c hine is c onverted to c over / c hain stit c h, the k ni f e guard in the looper
c o ver is replac e d b y c o ver stitc h ex t ension plate. The ex t ension plate c o vers the
released upper looper and e x tends the stit c h plate to the right o f the presser f oot.
T o r e p l a c e
1) Open the looper c over.
2) Re m ove the k ni f e guard b y pulling gently to the le f t.
3) To atta c h the e x tension plate, hold it at a slight angle to the looper c over.
4) Position, hold b oth parts parallel.
5) Push the plate to the right until it c li c k s into pla c e.

Przy przestawieniu maszyny na szycie ściegiem krytym/łańcuszkowym osłona
noża w pokrywie sczepiarki jest zastąpiona płytką przedłużającą ściegu. Płytka
pokrywa zwolniona górną sczepiarkę i przedłuża płytkę ściegową na prawo od stopki.
W
- Otwórz pokrywę sczepiarki.
- Usuń osłonę noża, ciągnąc ją delikatnie w lewą stronę.
- W celu dołączenia płytki przedłużającej, trzymaj ją przy delikatnym narożniku
pokrywy sczepiarki.
- Umieść i trzymaj obie części równolegle.
- Pchaj płytkę w prawo aż do jej zakliszczenia się w miejscu.

3) Pour f i x er la pla q ue de rallonge, la tenir l é g è re m ent in c lin é e par rapport au c ouver c le
de b ou c leur.
4) Positionner et tenir les deu x pi è c es parall è le m ent.
5) Pousser la pla q ue vers la droite j us q u ' à c e q u ' elle s ' en c li q uette.
