Learning Path for Non-Certified Technicians

Technicians can be certified on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8200
Series machines by taking the Systems and Hardware courses online,
or by participating in the 3-day Systems classroom and 2-day hardware
classroom courses.
a. Online Course Modules
The online Systems and Hardware course modules are available on
Canon USA's e-Support Web site. These online courses provide
technicians with the theoretical concepts to install, configure, and
support the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8200 Series machines.

b. Classroom Courses
The 3-day Systems and 2-day Hardware classroom courses blend
the information taught online with hands-on, practical training in the
classroom. Each student is provided the opportunity to assemble,
disassemble, and install key machine components, as well as
troubleshoot many areas of the machine and accessories.
