The successful completion of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8200/6200 Series
Training program and passing of the final assessment exam are required to sell
this product.
Certification includes the following models:

imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8295, 8285, 8205

imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6275, 6265, 6255
C. Who Should Attend
It is highly recommended that any technician responsible for installing, servicing,
or supporting the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8200/6200 Series machines
successfully complete the e-Learning training course and pass the final
assessment exam.
Note: Our current support policy dictates that only those technicians who have
completed the training program and pass the final assessment exam are entitled
to live, phone-based support through our TSC (Technical Support Center).
However, self-service support (software downloads, knowledgebase articles,
support
e-Support Center Web site for all technicians. (Refer to the Technical Support
section on the e-Support Web site for entitlement details.)

The online Systems and Hardware modules are available on e-Support. You
can view the course overview of each course for more detailed information
pertaining to the content of each course. You can also view the estimated
time for completion of each module on the course content page. Each of the
courses below are designed to teach theory, which will be reinforced during
the hands-on activities in the classroom and will provide your Technicians
and Systems Engineers with the complete knowledge required for the
installation, configure, and support of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE
8200/6200 Series.
