4.4 Bad quality images

Vertical white stripes on the image

Horizontal white stripes on the image

Image too light or too dark

ORTHOPANTOMOGAPH OP 2D
CAUSE
No power signal.
SOLUTION
Check to see if the signal is present on L1500.
If the signal is not present, replace P1910.
If signal is present, the fault could be in the signal rout-
ing. Check signal on L1500, L1700 and L1200 and in
the relevant cables. Replace any faulty boards or ca-
bles.
Appears only on start-up
CAUSE
The membrane switches on the column are stuck.
SOLUTION
Reboot, if problem persists, replace the membrane key
panel.
Probably due to tube arcing.
Refer to the trouble shooting information given in error
code E0.
Recalibrate the CCD.
Refer to the section Calibrating the CCD sensor in the
installation manual.
Can be caused by several various factors.
- The kV values were set too small/large for the pa-
tient
- Tube head emission production rate dropped
- Badly set workstation software settings
