Solution
By default, the AutoPlay notification is displayed
when a USB storage device is connected to the
laptop or PC. To disable this notification, select
Control Panel > AutoPlay from the Windows
Start menu. Uncheck the Use AutoPlay for all media

CAUTION Resetting the codes
will result in a loss of any images
and patient data stored on the
RetinaVue 100 Imager Pro.
When the Please enter access code screen appears,
press and hold the Home button for approximately 10
