Testing the electronic drain valve

Testing
The EWD is available as option.
Functional test
Briefly press the TEST button and check that the valve opens for condensate discharge.
Checking the alarm signal
• Close the condensate inlet.
• Press the TEST button for at least 1 minute.
• Check that the alarm LED (red) flashes.
• Check that the alarm signal is being relayed (if connected).
Release the TEST button and reopen the condensate inlet after the test.

When replacing the activated carbon and catalyst, make sure that the activated carbon
and catalyst are disposed of according to the local regulations.
