3. Dryer 1/2 Pressure Alarm
Occurs when the pressure of that dryer (dryer 1 or dryer 2) exceeds the predefined limit (high or low) or
no read-out signal is obtained. This will cause the system to switch to the backup dryer and will set the
current dryer as failed. Taking into account the maintenance warnings (see maintenance warnings), check
the piping, operation of the dryer, outlet consumption, flexible connections to resolve this issue. Also
check the sensor, the cable and the connections for proper connection and correct wiring according to the
service diagram. The fault should be physically remedied (spare parts can be ordered, consult the spare
part list), whereby the error on the failed dryer needs to be reset manually
4. No valid pressure control
Occurs when no read-out is obtained (indicated by stars ****) for the dryer inlet pressure sensor. As long
as this fault is active the central controller will not be able to control the pressure regulation of the
compressors. Therefore it sends the compressor controller in Forced Local Mode until the problem is
remedied. It also triggers No Valid Pressure Control warning. Taking into account the maintenance
warnings (see Maintenance warnings), check the sensor, the cable and the connections for proper
connection and correct wiring according to the service diagram. The fault should be physically remedied
(spare parts can be ordered, consult the spare part list), whereby the yellow warning will need to be reset.
