8 Troubleshooting
8.1 Precautions
Before starting work, make sure that the safety instructions in the chapter

DANGER: Electrical Hazard
Troubleshooting a live control panel exposes personnel to
hazardous voltages. Electrical troubleshooting must be done by
a qualified electrician.
DANGER: Crush Hazard
Moving parts can entangle or crush. Always disconnect and lock
out power before servicing to prevent unexpected startup.
Failure to do so could result in death or serious injury.
8.1.1 Battery
Check that the cable has been disconnected from the negative battery terminal,
as part of the power lock-out process.

Call customer service: 833-677-8776
1. Check the 5 A fast-acting fuse and if
necessary, replace it.
2. Check the voltage between Batt +
and Batt -.
3. If the problem persists, then return
the unit.
1. Disconnect the wiring harness from
the FST module.
2. Wait for 10 seconds.
3. Connect wiring harness to the FST
module.
4. Wait for 60 seconds to establish
communication.
5. If the problem persists, then return
the unit.
Remedy
