6.8.1.3 Create a user
1. Click the Settings tab.
2. On the Settings page, click the User administration button.
3. On the User administration page, click the Create user button.
4. In the Create user page, type the name, email, and phone number of the
user in the respective text box.
5. In the Location assignment list, select one of the following locations:
Service plan
Region
Customer
Hub
Site
6. In the Individual rights check box, select the following user rights as
applicable:
Service plan
FST access
FST admin
Service advisor
Alarm notification
Control panel
access
Advance data log
access
7. In the Time zone list, select the time zone for the user.
8. In the Units list, select one of the following units:
– SAE
– Metric
9. Click Save.

Description
Gives access to the basic features of the FST
Gives the FST administrator rights
Gives access to the Service advisor page
Gives access to the Alarms page in the Settings tab
Gives access to the Control panel page
Gives access to the ADVANCE DATA tab and the Data log page
