Line up the three holes on the top of the Grommet Base

Plate with the holes on the bottom of the Spring Arm (1).
Insert three of the Clamp Screws (10) through the Grommet
3.
Base Plate and into the bottom of the Spring Arm.
Use the 4 mm Hex Key (12) to tighten the Clamp Screws.
