9 System Decommissioning

9.1 Disconnecting the Inverter

For maintenance or other service work, the inverter must be switched off.
Proceed as follows to disconnect the inverter from the AC and DC power
sources. Lethal voltages or damage to the inverter will follow if otherwise.
1.
Stop the inverter via the LCD menu. For details, see "7.6
Starting/Stopping the Inverter".
2.
Disconnect the AC circuit breaker and secure it against reconnection.
3.
Rotate the DC switch to "OFF". Disconnect the external DC circuit
breaker.
Please strictly follow the sequence of the above procedures. Inverter
will not work normally if otherwise.
4.
Wait about 10 minutes until the capacitors inside the inverter completely
discharge.
5.
Measure to confirm that the AC output at the AC circuit breaker is voltage
free.
6.
Remove the AC connector. Lay the tool in the location of snap and press
the tool down. Then snap can be pushed from the AC terminal.
7.
Release the locking part of PV connectors by pressing on the ribbing of
the locking hooks with nipper pliers and pull it outwards.
