Follow steps 1 to 5 of the document number selection
procedure.

Press CLEAR.
The display shows the message "CONFIRM?" on the
first line and "YES=CONF NO=CLR" on the second
line.
Press SET/CONF . to delete both the document and
its reference parameters.
The facsimile machine immediately presents the
document after the deleted one.
When a document is deleted, all the connections
associated with it are immediately cancelled.
If you delete the last document, the facsimile machine
immediately presents the first on the last.
If there are no other documents left in the memory, the
message "END OF LIST" appears on the display end
the facsimile machine returns to the "ACTIVITY
HANDLING" menu functions.
3.
Press STOP once to return to the "ACTIVITY
HANDLING" menu functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.

Document stored waiting for connection or retransmission
Document stored for polling transmission
Documents waiting to be printed
Indicates the date and time of storage.
