Connectivity
Sending all data files from
Settings (Send All Mode)
You can transmit categorised data
in the phone to another device via
Infrared.
1 Open the Send All Mode
display.
• Press O →
→ Connec-
tivity → Infrared → Send All
Mode
2 Enter the phones security code
and press O.
3 A list of data categories such
as Contacts, Schedule events,
Notes and Bookmarks ap-
pears.
4 Put a checkmark in the box
next to each category you want
to send by pressing O. After
you have placed a check mark
for all of the desired folders

press [Execute] to finish. Enter
the password and press [YES].
Note: The security code is provided
with the phone at time of
purchase.
Receiving data (Receiving
Mode)
This function enables the phone to
be ready to receive data from
another device via infrared.
1 Open the Receiving Mode
display.
• Press O →
→ Connec-
tivity → Infrared → Receiv-
ing Mode
2 Press [YES].
Note: Just after receiving data, a
selection window appears and
requests you to select Save or
Cancel.
Changing the Password
1 Open the Password display.
• Press O →
→ Connec-
tivity → Infrared→ Pass-
word
2 Select Change and press O.
3 Enter the security code.
4 Enter a new password which is
the same as the other device.

Synchronising phonebook
entries or to do tasks
You can exchange, update or
replace data in the Phonebook,
Schedule and To Do tasks
between the phone and a network
server or between the phone and
a computer.

• Press O →
→ Connectivity
→ Synchronise
