Assigning Speed Dial Numbers

Your phone can store up to 98 phone numbers in speed dial locations. (See "Using Speed
Dialing" on page 13 for details on how to make calls using speed dial numbers.)
1.
From the Contacts list display, press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Settings > Speed
Numbers.

Press MENU/OK > Settings/Tools > Settings > More... > Contacts > Speed Numbers.
2.
Select an available speed dial location and press MENU/OK.
3.
Select an entry from the list and press MENU/OK. The entry's default phone number is
assigned. Press the navigation key right or left to assign another number in the entry.

Secret Contacts Entries

You can hide an entry by making it secret. The entry is not displayed in your Contacts. In History,
a telephone number is displayed but the Contacts entry's name is not.
To set a secret setting On or Off:
► From the Contacts list display, highlight an entry and press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Set
as Secret > On or Off.
To hide the entries set as secret in your Contacts list:
1.
From the Contact list display, press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Settings > Hide Secret.
2.
Enter your four-digit lock code.
To show the entries set as secret in your Contacts list:
1.
From the Contacts list display, press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Settings > Show Secret.
2.
Enter your four-digit lock code.
Tip: If you never changed the lock code and you cannot recall it, try using the last four digits of
your phone number.

My Name Card

To access your name card:
► From the Contacts list display, select OPTIONS (right softkey) > Settings > My Name
Card.

Press MENU/OK > Settings/Tools > Settings > More... > Contacts > My Name Card.
To edit your name card:
1.
From My Name Card display, highlight a field and press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Edit.
2.
Edit the information and press MENU/OK > DONE (left softkey).
To send your name card via Bluetooth:
1.
From My Name Card display, select OPTIONS (right softkey) > Send Card.
2.
Highlight a recipient from the searched devices and press MENU/OK > SEND (left softkey).
