When reading a value smaller than the previous value, it calculates a differential value as it
assumes that the value was over the upper limit value and it changed value.
*8 Do not use comma [,] and double-quotation [ " ].

Note
- If the read out value is smaller than the previous value, it calculates demand value by
assumed that it exceeds the upper limit value. Set the upper limit correctly.
- It reads out as the below according to the setting.
