Procedures to carry out after Cultivation
After sterilisation in the autoclave and sufficient time to cool down:
Reagent bottles, pump heads, and sensors must be cleaned. If
necessary, the heater pad can also be wiped clean.
Observe the appropriate safety advices and adhere to the steps in
the procedure described in the appropriate chapters of the main
chapter "Maintenance", in the operating manual of the bioreactor
Labfors 5.
For cleaning and storage of the sensors follow the instructions
stated in the separate documentations of the manufacturers of the
sensors.
