To restore parameters, write 0x64616F6C (ASCII "load") into the sub-index by using the SDO
protocol. Default object values are selected after reset. Restore all default parameter restores CiA-
402 default parameters (refer to Chapter 8.2.2.2). Bypass parameter set is described in Chapter 8.3.
