Description
Intel Core i7-8565U processor, 8 GB of system memory, fingerprint reader
Intel Core i5-8265U processor, 8 GB of system memory, fingerprint reader
Intel Core i5-8265U processor, 8 GB of system memory, no fingerprint reader
Intel Core i5-8265U processor, 4 GB of system memory, fingerprint reader
Intel Core i3-8145U processor, 8 GB of system memory, fingerprint reader
Intel Core i3-8145U processor, 4 GB of system memory, fingerprint reader
Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and
then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4.
Remove the following components:

Power connector cable bracket (see
When replacing the system board, be sure to remove the following components from the defective system
board and install them on the replacement system board:

Solid-state drive (see
Fans (see
Heat sink (see
Remove the system board:
1.
Disconnect the following cables:
(1) Fingerprint reader cable
(2) Power connector cable
(3) Display cable
(4) Speaker cable
(5) USB board cable
(6) Backlight cable
(7) Keyboard cable
