11- SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Preliminary information
• Lack of maintenance, from the simplest one, can degrade air and
heat performances, with consequent worsening of room comfort
• Before carrying out any maintenance, make sure that basic unit and
its possible options are not and can not be powered anyway; there-
fore, turn off in advance
• Wear protective clothing and personal protective equipment (glas-
ses, gloves, etc.)
Bimonthly checks
AIR FILTERS
Time to check filters can be set by the User interface as parameter
U008; this time is automatically reset after any filter check (see fol-
lowing Alarm instructions).
Filters can be removed by ergonomic plug doors (fig. 8)
Pay attention to filter drop-down after removing the access panel.
For G4 filter, clean with a vacuum cleaner or wash with common de-
tergent and warm water, then, dry carefully; replace the filter after no
more than 3 cleaning cycles. For additional F7 filter, don't clean and
replace it when dirty, bag it properly and bring it to the special col-
lection center, for the next incineration. Always remember to mount
and lock the filter before the next unit switch on.
11- MANUTENZIONE STANDARD
Informazioni preliminari
• La mancata manutenzione, a partire da quella elementare, può
far degradare le prestazioni aerauliche e termiche dell'apparato,
con conseguente peggioramento del comfort ambientale
• Prima di intraprendere qualsiasi operazione manutentiva, accer-
tarsi che l'unità ed i suoi eventuali accessori non siano e non pos-
sano casualmente o accidentalmente essere alimentati; togliere,
quindi, preventivamente, alimentazione a monte
• Usare idoneo abbigliamento antinfortunistico e dispositivi indi-
viduali di protezione (occhiali, guanti, ecc.)
Controlli con cadenza almeno bimestrale
FILTRI ARIA
La frequenza con cui le sezioni filtranti delle unità devono essere
verificate è impostabile attraverso il parametro temporale U008, re-
settabile automaticamente dopo ogni controllo (vedere Gestione
allarmi).
È possibile accedere ai ltri presenti a bordo tramite sportelli
ad incastro con presa ergonomica (fig. 8)
Accompagnare sempre la discesa del filtro una volta rimosso il
proprio sportello.
In caso di filtro G4, per la pulizia utilizzare un aspirapolvere o la-
vare con detergente comune in acqua tiepida, lasciando asciu-
gare in modo accurato; sostituire il filtro dopo non oltre 3 cicli di
pulizia dello stesso. Nel caso di ulteriore filtro compatto F7, sosti-
tuire direttamente il filtro quando intasato, imbustarlo opportu-
namente e portarlo in appositi centri di raccolta, per il successivo
incenerimento. Ricordarsi sempre di riposizionare i filtri prima del
successivo riavviamento dell'unità.
