Close the centrifuge door and push firmly down on it until you hear the latch engage.

Enter run parameters:
a. Select a rotor number —
b. Set run speed —
c. Set run duration —
d. Set run temperature —
e. Select acceleration rate (0 through 9)—
f. Select deceleration rate (0 through 9)—

Check that all parameters are correct and the door is shut and latched, then press

WARNING
Never attempt to override the door interlock system while the rotor is spinning.
CAUTION
Do not lift or move the centrifuge while the rotor is spinning.

Wait for the set time to count down to zero, or end the run by pressing or holding the

CAUTION
If disassembly reveals evidence of leakage, you should assume that some fluid
escaped the rotor. Apply appropriate decontamination procedures applied to the
