b. Assemble the two metal half rings (5) and the two
plastic parts (4) shown below onto the tension rope
and then slide the rope lever over these parts
(shown below).

c. Install the plastic cover (8) over the plastic part,
metal half rings and rope lever that you just
assembled (see below).

d. Draw back the tension rope (1) from the top of the
railway, while at the bottom of the railway inserting
the rope lever (6) into the slot on the lower side of
the upper tube (see below).

e. Assemble the sliding contact (3) parts – plastic part,
four springs, and two contacts (shown below). Note
that you will need to hold the parts in place to slide
the whole assembly into the tube.

f. Slide the contact assembly (3) into the upper tube
next to the tension (upper) rope lever (6). See the
next two photos.
