9 Pull both rope ends out of the rail at the bottom of the
railway.

10 Make sure the rope is around the drive gear at the top of
the railway as shown below.

11 At the bottom of the railway, feed the lower rope
(support rope) into the overspeed section until it comes
out the other end of the tube (see below).

12 Refer to the drawing on the next page which shows the
parts and follow the steps below. The numbers in the
steps below correspond to the numbers in the
drawing on the next page.
13 Complete the end of the support rope (2) as shown in
the photo above.
a. First, slide the plastic ring spacer (9) onto the
support rope.
b. Then, install the plastic part (10) and slide the rope
lever (11) over the plastic part.
c. Install the plastic cover (8) over the plastic part and
rope lever. Note that the end of the support (lower)
rope should NOT go through the hole in the plastic
cover (11).
14 Complete the end of the tension (upper) rope (1).
a. First, install the retaining ring (7) over the nut on the
rope as shown and then slide the rope lever (6) onto
the rope.
