The compass is factory calibrated making user-calibration unnecessary. If you

match control inputs you may need to recalibrate the compass using the following
procedure.
WARNING
The compass is very sensitive to electromagnetic interference causing
FRPSDVV HUURU DQG SRRU ÀLJKW ,I \RX ¿QG WKH FRPSDVV DEQRUPDO DIWHU
calibration, move the aircraft to another location and try again.
Remember to meet the following requirements when carrying out compass
calibration:

Be free from all magnetic interferences, such as magnetite or steel
reinforcement found in concrete. Building and other structures may also
result in a poor calibration.

Stay away from both underground and overhead power lines.

1.
Start the calibration process by pressing the
Go Home Button
and
VHFRQGV :KHQ WKH FDOLEUDWLRQ SURFHVV KDV EHHQ LQLWLDWHG WKH UHDU ÀLJKW
LEDs on the aircraft will turn solid yellow.
2.
Hold the aircraft horizontally and rotate it until
WKH UHDU ÀLJKW /('V RQ WKH DLUFUDIW WXUQ VROLG
green, indicating this step has been completed
successfully.
3.
Hold the aircraft vertically with the nose
facing downward and rotate it until the rear
ÀLJKW /('V RQ WKH DLUFUDIW ÀDVK VORZ JUHHQ
indicating that your calibration is successful.
