Checks & Tests
Check power at outlet, check circuit breakers, fuses, or junction
box connections.
Check connections between the AC power cord and ACU for
continuity.
Check connections and harness continuity between the ACU
and HMI.

Check if the control lock icon above the Start button is on. If so,
press and hold to deactivate it.
1. Door not closed due to interference.

Deactivate the control lock.

Ensure that door is completely closed.
Check mechanism for obstruction.

Unplug the washer/dryer, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect the
power cord. Wait 2 minutes to see if the washer/dryer door
unlocks.
Check door lock mechanism and repair as necessary.

1. Check water connections to washer.
2. Verify that water supply is turned on.
Clean obstruction from dispenser.
