Failure
Valve closed and pressure in upper housing
Valve is untight.
Leakage at the leakage bore
in the area of the valve yoke
Leakage between housing
and yoke flange
Actuator
Air escapes at the actuator rod.
Actuator does not work (air escapes permanently
from the venting plug).
Valve position indication
No feedback.
Diaphragm valve with „fan support"

15. Trouble Shooting

Remedy
Replace seat seal (2).
Check line pressure (max. 10bar).
Check tightening torque of lock nut.
Replace diaphragm (5) and o-ring (16).
Replace o-rings (15).
Replace o-ring (2) at the upper part of the actuator.
Replace the complete actuator.
Carry out fine adjustment.
