Removal and Replacement of Source NDP Components
PC Card
A PC Card is required to install and operate the Source NDP . If a PC Card
needs replacing, use a LAN PCMCIA Type II, NE 2000 native-mode compatible
PC Card (5V, 16 bit). PC Cards are available from Unisys Direct.
Be sure the document processor is connected to an AC power source.
Otherwise, electrostatic discharge may damage the unit.
Follow these steps to remove and replace the PC Card, which is located in a
slot at the back of the unit:
1. Press the release button beside the PC Card as shown in Figure 5-11.
2. Remove the card from the slot as shown in Figure 5-12.
