Print a File from a USB Storage Device

Start file
2 Insert the storage device into the USB host port on the printer.
3 From the printer Home screen, press
4 Select Tools > USB Menu.
5 Select an item in the USB Device list:
To upload an application or other file into the printer memory
from the USB storage device, select Install Resources and then
press
.
To export an application or file from the printer to the USB
storage device, select Export Resources and then press
6 Select the type of item you want to upload or export (Applications,
Fonts, Forms/layout, Web Forms, Images, or FP Scripts) and
then press
.
7 Select the file from the list and then press
to the printer memory or exported to the USB storage device.
If you are uploading image files to the printer from a USB storage
device, you can print an image file. For example, you can print a file
before uploading it to be sure it is the correct file to upload.
1 Insert the USB storage device into the printer USB host port.
2 From the Home screen, press
3 Select Tools > USB Menu > Print File. A list of printable files
appears.
4 Select the file from the list and press
Place in This Directory
DITTO!
. The Main Menu appears.
. The file is uploaded
. The Main Menu appears.
