Maintenance and Service

When properly maintained, your fireplace will give you
many years of trouble-free service. Contact your dealer
to answer questions regarding proper operations,
troubleshooting and service for your appliance. Visit

troubleshooting, FAQs, use & care videos. We recommend
annual service by a qualified service technician.
This pellet appliance has a manufacturer-set minimum
low burn rate that must not be altered. It is against federal
regulations to alter this setting or otherwise operate this
pellet appliance in a manner inconsistent with operating
instructions in this manual.
