INSTALLING THE BOTTOM PANEL
PARTS
• Bottom panel (found at the bottom of box III)
• Sachet C (4x M6 bolts, 4x M6 cap nuts,
4x M6 spring washers, 8X M6 washers)
Step 7 involves assembling the cargo box. This step is divided into a number of sub-steps.
These will be described in the following sections.
For all steps of the box assembly, all of the nuts and bolts must be hand-tightened.
Everything must be properly tightened once the box is completely assembled. This way the
cargo box will be properly assembled.

1. Place the bottom panel on the front frame as shown in figure 21 and secure the
bottom panel to the frame using the nuts, bolts and washers from sachet C.

Adhere to the specified order for nuts, bolts and washers to ensure optimal assembly.
