  • Page 2 Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. Disconnect these lines Remove the fuel tank Note: The installation can be done without removing the fuel tank but it may be easier to have it removed To remove the fuel line squeeze the sides of the connector Squeeze this line to remove (Fig.
  • Page 3 Continue routing the PCIII har- ness towards the front of the bike. Route underneath the frame and towards the left hand side of the rear cylinder PCIII harness (Fig. D). Continue routing the PCIII har- ness along the frame towards the Unplug this connector front of the bike.
  • Page 4 Attach the ground wire from the PCIII to the negative side of the battery. PCIII ground wire Install the PCIII under the left hand side cover. Y ou can use the supplied velcro to attach it in place. Note: If you have a California model it is best to velcro the unit to the front portion of the side cover.
