- Page 2 PCIII USB EX harness The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the seat. Prop the fuel tank up using the stock prop rod. Remove the right hand side cover. Route the PCIII USB EX harness from the right hand side of the bike under the frame rail and towards the front of the bike as shown in Figure A.
