  • Page 2 Remove the seat. Remove the right hand side covers (Fig. A). Remove these covers Install the PCIII to the underside of Air box cover the airbox cover using the supplied velcro. Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching the unit (Fig.
  • Page 3 Plug the YELLOW colored wires from the PCIII in-line of the stock Stock connector wiring harness and rear fuel injector (Fig. D). PCIII connectors Unplug the stock wiring harness from the front injector (Fig. E). Unplug stock harness Route the ORANGE colored wires from the PCIII to the left hand side of the throttle body and go towards the Stock connector...
  • Page 4 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor on the rear of the throttle body (Fig. G). Unplug the stock wiring harness from the TPS. Unplug Attach the supplied wire tap to the WHITE/BROWN wire of the TPS harness (Fig. H). Make sure the wire Grey wire tap is completely latched.
