- Page 2 disconnect these lines The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. Remove the fuel tank. Note: The installation can be done without removing the fuel tank but it may be easier to remove the fuel tank.
- Page 3 Route the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX under the frame and attach to the negative side PCIII USB EX of the battery as shown in Figure D. harness ground wire Locate the stock throttle body connector under the fuel tank as shown in Figure E. 10 Pull straight upwards on this connector to remove from its frame post.
- Page 4 13 Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX harness to the stock connectors as shown in stock connectors Figure G. 14 Verify the PCIII USB EX harness will not get pinched or damaged. 15 Reinstall the fuel tank. PCIII USB EX connectors 16 Clean the PCIII USB EX unit and inner fender with the supplied alcohol swab.
