converter isn't functioning.

Electronic versions:

Galvanic isolation:
1kV= from the power supply
3kV= from the power supply
1kV= 3-way
3kV= 3-way
Terminal & Terminal Cover:
Cover without inlets, screw terminal block
Cover with inlets, screw terminal block
Cover without inlets, plug-in screw terminal block
Isolation from the power supply allows transmitting signals: Tx, Rx, RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, DCD of RS232 interface.
3-way isolation allows transmitting signals: Tx, Rx, RTS of RS232 interface.

Restoring Default Settings according to steps below:
1. Disconnect the power of the converter,
2. Remove the cover of ETHERNET connector,
3. Press RESET "RST" and holding the button, connect the power of the converter,
4. Release the button after 20 sec. when the converter will start with default settings.
Restoring Default Settings deletes existing configuration and the proper configuration
should be loaded to the converter from the backup.
1. Enter in the Internet browser http://converter-ip-address,
2. Select the menu [Factory Default Settings] press [Restore].
