126 Maintenance
Checking and replacing the DC fuses of D8T supply module
WARNING! Only qualified electricians are allowed to do this work. Read the
complete safety instructions of the drive. Ignoring the instructions can cause
physical injury or death, or damage to the equipment.
WARNING! Wear protective gloves and long sleeves! Some parts have sharp
edges.
1. Disconnect the drive from the AC power line and make sure it is safe to start the work.

2. Undo the screws of the cover panel of the module's DC fuses and lift and remove the
panel.
3. To replace a fuse, remove two M10×20 (17 mm) bolts which connect the DC fuse to
the DC busbar.
4. When you replace the fuse, make sure that the possible fuse indicators point to the
module to prevent a short circuit or earth fault with the cover plate.
5. Tighten two M10×20 (17 mm) bolts to 42 N·m to attach the fuse.
6. Check the condition of the fuses and replace if necessary.
7. Attach the cover and close the door.
