Transferring a Call to another User's Mailbox
1. After receiving the call Press the Soft Key for Voice
2. Key in the user's extension number
3. Press the Soft Key for Vmail Transfer, the call will be transferred directly to the user's
mailbox; the extension is not alerted.
Recording an Internal Message to Send to a Mailbox
1. Press the Soft Key for Voice
2. Press the Side Soft Key for Message
3. Dial the extension number of the person
4. Press the Side Soft Key for Message again
5. Press the Side Soft Key for Record
6. Record your message
7. Press the Side Soft Key for Stop when finished
After recording your message the following Soft Key options are displayed:

Mailbox Password

Setting your password:
1. Press the Soft Key for Voice
2. Press the Side Soft Key for Password
3. When prompted, key in your password (minimum 4 digits)
4. Press the Side Soft Key for Done

Listen to listen to the message you just recorded
Record to re-record your message
Others to add other recipients; each separated by a #, then press
Done
Submit to submit/send the message
After submitting your message press EXIT to return to the main
display
