Removing the system board
NOTE:
All system board spare part kits include replacement thermal material.
NOTE:
System board appearance may vary.
To remove the system board:
1.
Remove the access panel
2.
Remove the memory modules
3.
Remove the Base Module
4.
Remove the WLAN module
5.
Remove the fan sink
6.
Remove the M.2 solid-state drive
7.
Remove the processor
8.
Position the computer with the memory sockets facing upward.
9.
Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
10.
Position the computer with the processor socket facing upward.
