Troubleshooting
The following sections provide a variety of information for troubleshooting problems with
the NeuraLabel 300x.

12.1 Printer does not pick the media

If the printer does not pick up media from either tray, try these solutions.
Continuous Tray 1
1. Open the printer and remove any jammed sheets of media.
2. Load the tray with the correct size of media for the job.
3. Make sure the Continuous Tray 1 printer guides are adjusted correctly for the
width of the media.
4. Make sure the media path is not restricted. If the media is in a box, it should not
be touching the sides of the box. There should be no plastic or packing materials
touching the media.
5. Check the NeuraLabel 300x operator panel to see if the printer is waiting for you
to acknowledge a prompt to feed the media manually through Continuous Tray 1. It
is possible the media is not all the way loaded into the printer. Reload media, and
continue.
Cut Sheet Tray 2
1. Open the printer and remove any jammed sheets of media.
2. Load the tray with the correct size of media for your job.
3. Make sure the tray guides are adjusted correctly for the size of media. Align the
guides with the size markings in the bottom of the tray.
4. Remove the stack of media from the Cut Sheet Tray 2 and flex it, rotate it 180
degrees, and flip it over (paper media). Do not fan the media. Return the stack to
the tray.
5. Check the NeuraLabel 300x operator panel to see if the printer is waiting for you
to acknowledge a prompt print the job.
6. Check the NeuraLabel 300x operator panel to see if the printer is waiting for you
to acknowledge a prompt to feed the media manually through Continuous Tray 1.
