You Will Also Need NeuraLabel 600e CFA (Continuous Feeder Attachment) NeuraLabel 600e Printer 600e Power Cable Philips Screw Driver 5 Foot (1.5M) Sturdy Table near Network and 3 Power Outlets... - Page 5 Before You Begin If a NeuraLabel 600e Printer and CFA are already installed: Power off the NeuraLabel 600e using the shutdown menu on the printer and turn the power switch to off. Unplug the power cable from the printer.

Page 6: Baseplate Assembly
Baseplate Assembly For this step, you will need parts A, B, E, F, H (x4), I (x4), and a Philips screw driver. Figure 2 Figure 1 Align the Unwinder and Rewinder Baseplates on a flat stable surface, as shown in Figure 1. Align the Front and Rear Guides with the screw holes on the baseplates, as shown in Figure 2. - Page 7 Unwinder and Rewinder Placement For this step you will need parts C, D, G (x4) and K (x4). Rewinder Unwinder Figure 3 Align Unwinder and Rewinder with baseplate and Tower Alignment Screws, as shown in Figure 3.

Figure 5 Figure 4 Use two people to place the NeuraLabel 600e Printer on the NeuraLabel 600e Roll Unit, as shown in Figure 4. Figure 5 shows the proper placement of the NeuraLabel 600e printer. Note that the assembled system requires about 60 inches of clearance. - Page 9 Figure 6 The NeuraLabel 600e CFA hooks onto the mounting hardware of the NeuraLabel 600e printer. The left hook on the NeuraLabel 600e CFA fits in between the alignment hooks on the mounting hardware. Refer to Figure 6 for detail.

- Page 20 Paste Printed Media to Rewinder Core Figure 24 As media comes out of printer, weave under Rewinder Tension Arm and press to tape on core. Or tape down with single-sided tape.
- Page 21 Release Rewinder Tension Arm Figure 25 As soon as media is secure, release Rewinder Tension Arm from Ready Position so that it falls onto the media. You will see the rewinder turn. Adjust Rewinder position if needed (see page 15).
