To view your Recent Calls list:
» On the Home screen, tap Recent Calls.
View Call Details
In the Recent Calls list, you can view call details, edit call details before calling a contact, save a contact to
your directory, and delete call entries.
To view call details:
» Tap
next to a call record.
Save a Recent Contact
From the Call Details screen, you can save a contact to the Contact Directory.
To save a contact to your Contact Directory:
1 From the Call Details screen, tap Save.
2 If needed, edit the contact's information.
3 Tap Save.
Delete a Recent Call Entry
You can delete a recent call entry from the Recent Calls list.
To delete a recent call entry from the Recent Calls list:
» Select a call record and tap
Edit Recent Contact Entries
You can edit a contact's number stored in your Recent Calls list before returning the contact's call.
To edit a recent contact's number before calling the contact:
1 Tap
next to a call record.
2 Tap

3 Edit the number then tap
View Recent Lync Calls
When the RealPresence Trio 8800 is registered with the Lync 2013 Server, you can view a list of placed,
received, and missed Lync calls on the system in the Recent Calls list, in the Lync client in the Conversations
®
tab, or in Microsoft
