When you pull down the Other menu and select Upload User/Channel Info, the
alert box shown in Figure 6-38 appears.

This option will work only if the ServLINK is connected to a Universal User
Interface Card with On-Screen Display (our product code KV2550C-R2) installed
in a ServSwitch Multi. If it is, you can select this option to upload the existing
ServSwitch Multi system configuration (PC/channel names, user IDs, etc.) from
the User Card's memory into the ServLINK. This can be a complicated process;
please see your on-line help for details.
As stated in the alert box shown above, if you select this option it will
completely overwrite any previous system configuration in your
ServLINK, and will also set the ServLINK's security to match the
ServSwitch Multi's security. This means that if you do not have a user
account with supervisor rights on the ServSwitch Multi, you will no
longer have supervisor rights on the ServLINK when this procedure is
over!
